No Unregistered Guests. Only specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. Additional guests will be charged at $50/guest per night. No Shoes Inside. No Parties or Events. No Pets. Quiet Time Starts at 11:00pm. First noise complaint = $100 fine Second noise complaint = $100 fine and stay is cancelled without a refund. No Smoking Inside or Outside. A fine of $250 will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Check Out By 11:00am. A fee of $25 per 30 mins will be charged to guests who check out late. Guests checking out over 3 hours late will be charged an additional night's stay as the space cannot be professionally cleaned before the next guest's arrival. Respect The Property. Please be honest and report any damages or incidents that may have occurred during your stay so we can better prepare the property for the next guest.
