Quiet Time Starts at 10:00pm. First noise complaint = $100 fine and stay is cancelled without refund. No Smoking Inside or Outside. A fine of $250 will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Check Out By 11:00am. A fee of $25 per 30 mins will be charged to guests who check out late. Guests checking out over 3 hours late will be charged an additional night's stay as the space cannot be professionally cleaned before the next guest's arrival. Lockbox Do not share the lockbox passcode with non registered guests. Do not change the lockbox passcode without permission. Lost Keys = Replacement Fee. A fee of $350 will be incurred if keys are lost. ($200 - door lock, $150 - garage remote) Respect The Property.
