No Unregistered Guests. Only specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. No Shoes Inside. No Parties or Events. No Pets. Quiet Time Starts at 10:00pm. First noise complaint = $100 fine and stay is cancelled without refund. No Smoking Inside or Outside. A fine of $250 will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Check Out By 11:00am. A fee of $25 per 30 mins will be charged to guests who check out late. Guests checking out over 3 hours late will be charged an additional night's stay as the space cannot be professionally cleaned before the next guest's arrival. Lost Keys = Replacement Fee. A fee of $300 will be incurred if keys are lost. ($200 - door lock, $50/fob) Respect The Property. Please be honest and report any damages or incidents that may have occurred during your stay so we can better prepare the property for the next guest. Any damage made to the property or furnishings will be billed to the guest. Condo Amenities Access. Only long term guests (28+ days) have access to the condo's amenities such as the fitness centre, indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna.
